Nine lines of national-grade capability.
Intelligence and detection, AI representation, population movement, foreign rulemaking, health system transformation, and workforce realignment, with sovereign infrastructure underneath all of it. Each line is sold and priced separately. Each runs on the same platform and the same entity register, so evidence gathered for one is available to the others.

Four propositions, nine lines.
The lines are bought separately, but they answer four questions an institution has about itself. Read in this order they stop being a catalogue.
See
Open-source intelligence, sentiment measurement, disinformation detection, mobility, and legislative tracking. Everything that tells you what is actually happening, inside your borders and beyond them.
Be seen accurately
AI representation and answer engine optimisation: what the models say about you, driven to measured cross-source consensus. A separate discipline from opinion measurement, answered with records rather than messaging.
Deliver
Health system transformation. The largest budget a state controls and the service its citizens judge it by, rebuilt so the gain reaches patients rather than a dashboard.
Operate
Sovereign AI infrastructure and workforce realignment. The stack underneath all of it, and the people who will still be running it after we leave.
Sentiment and buzz measurement
We separate what gets collected from what gets measured. A monitor names a query, a subject, and the ideas you want tested inside the conversation, so you get a defensible number rather than a mention count.
Read the capability- Subject resolution
- Idea probes
- Rate normalisation
- Baseline shifts
Disinformation detection
We map amplification networks, score account authenticity at the profile level, catch synthetic video and cloned voice, and produce an evidence pack that survives review by your own lawyers and by a sceptical press.
Read the capability- Network graphs
- Authenticity scoring
- Synthetic media
- Attribution
Open-source intelligence
Collection across press, broadcast, social, forums, registries, imagery, maritime and aviation data, fused against a persistent entity register and delivered as an assessment with stated confidence rather than a raw feed.
Read the capability- Multi-source fusion
- Entity resolution
- Tasking
- Confidence grading
AI representation (AEO/GEO)
Measured control of how AI systems describe you: citation share and consensus depth tracked per engine, facts driven to corroboration across the surfaces engines already trust, and corrections that propagate and get measured.
Read the capability- Citation share
- Consensus depth
- Corroboration network
- Corpus inclusion
Mobility intelligence
Aggregate movement data tells you what surveys cannot: which districts a policy actually reached, whether a new facility changed travel patterns, whether attendance matched the claim.
Read the capability- Trade areas
- Foot traffic
- Corridor flow
- Cohort profiles
Sovereign AI
We design the reference architecture, stand up the platform, migrate the workloads that matter, and train the people who will run it after we leave. Air-gapped deployment is a supported configuration, not a special case.

- Air-gap
- Model governance
- Workforce
Legislative intelligence
We track bills, committee movement, and rapporteur language across the jurisdictions that matter to you, score each item for relevance, and raise it while there is still time to lobby rather than to react.
Read the capability- Bill tracking
- Relevance scoring
- Committee alerts
- Position papers
Health system transformation
National health capability rebuilt with modern AI: triage and demand management, diagnostic support, clinical documentation, population health, procurement and payment integrity, delivered under clinical governance and inside your own estate.
Read the capability- Triage
- Diagnostics
- Documentation
- Payment integrity
Workforce for the agentic era
Task-level analysis of what the organisation actually does, deployment of agents against the work that suits them, redesign of the roles that remain, and certification programmes that scale from a directorate to the whole workforce.

- Role redesign

Nine lines, one register.
Every line writes to the same entity register and reads from the same collection core. A company named in a procurement filing, an account amplifying a campaign against your mining code, and a supplier flagged in a claims anomaly resolve to one record rather than three files in three teams.
- Resolution once. Aliases collapsed across scripts and transliterations, so intelligence accumulates against an actor over years instead of being rediscovered each time.
- Provenance everywhere. Any figure traces to its source, its classifier version, and the analyst who approved it, whichever line produced it.
- One authorisation model. Reading and acting are separate permissions across every capability, so access granted for one line does not quietly extend to another.
The value is in the joins
Bought alone, each capability is useful. Bought together, they answer questions none of them can answer on their own.
| Question | Capabilities combined |
|---|---|
| Did the fuel subsidy reach the districts it was written for, and did opinion follow? | Mobility intelligence + sentiment measurement |
| Is the criticism of the new mining code organic, or is it organised? | Sentiment measurement + disinformation detection |
| Who is behind the sanctions amendment, and what is the campaign softening the ground for it? | Legislative intelligence + disinformation detection |
| Why do investors believe an expropriation risk our record does not support? | AI representation + open-source intelligence |
| Is this procurement network what it claims to be, and who stands behind it? | Open-source intelligence + legislative intelligence |
| Where is the health budget leaking, and which facilities are outliers? | Health system transformation + sovereign AI |
| Which of our directorate's work can agents take, and what do the roles become? | Workforce realignment + sovereign AI |
| Can we run all of this without a foreign vendor holding the keys? | Sovereign AI + any of the above |
Start with the capability that hurts most.
Most engagements begin with one line of capability and a single question. The rest follows once the first one is producing.
